ENTRY: Begins 11:00AM EST on 8/01/19 and ends 11:59:59 PM EST on 8/07/19. Deadline for entries is 11:59:59 PM EST on 8/07/19. To enter, post one (1) photo in the comments section of the Foodtown Facebook page. Limit one (1) entry per household.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to NJ, NY, & PA residents who are 18 years or older as of August 1st, 2019. Employees, officers, managers and directors of Sponsor, Foodtown, Inc., the respective owners of the participating stores, and their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and sweepstakes suppliers, including the spouses, household members and dependents for federal tax purposes of all the above, are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is being offered at participating Foodtown. Void where prohibited.
DRAWING & PRIZES: Two (2) winners will be randomly drawn at 9am on 8/08/19 for four (4) Field MVP Club Tickets to either the August 16th or August 17th game. Choice of winner’s game date to be determined by Allegiance Retail Services. AVP: $800 in total per game. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to the drawing. Selection of winners will be conducted by Allegiance headquarters; decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner will be notified through the Foodtown Facebook page. If sponsor is unable to notify any person of his or her selection, that person’s prize will be forfeited will be awarded to an alternate. All prizes are non-transferable. Prizes will be delivered via Fed-X to the winner’s home or business.
