Store Terms of Use
We are excited to announce our new online service that provides the convenience of online grocery purchases via a secure Internet ordering system. Our online service includes both convenient pick up and home delivery services from your favorite store. Enjoy its convenience and save precious time.
Pick Up
All pick up time slots are 60 minutes. You will be prompted to select a 60 minute time slot, based on the day of pick up and availability when you checkout. Your groceries can be picked up at the Courtesy Desk.
Pick up is available for a fee of $6.99. Please refer to our pick up schedule below.

Mother Nature
It is our hope that 'Mother Nature' will never prevent us from delivering your groceries to you in a timely manner. If there are going to be weather related delays or restrictions, we will contact customers who have already placed orders for delivery and make other suitable arrangements. In the same token, please let us know if you will be delayed in picking up your order.
Payment Method
Our orders are processed via a secure Internet payment service, and we currently accept debit and credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover) for online orders.
Canceling An Order
In order not to be charged a service fee you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick up or delivery time. Orders canceled after the deadline will be charged a service fee.
Product Pricing
From time to time, routine store price changes are made. We strive to keep these prices consistent with what you see online. Routine store price changes will be applied to your order and the receipt that you are issued at the time of delivery or pick up will reflect the actual in-store prices. Please keep in mind, our weekly specials run on a Friday to Thursday time frame. So, if you order on Thursday for a Monday delivery or pick up, you will receive the sale prices for Monday.
Random Weight Pricing Policy
For produce and meat items that are priced by the pound, we will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. Consequently, the total dollar amount of your order may vary slightly. Be assured however, you will only be charged for the product you actually receive. The estimated dollar amount is calculated within our provisional hold.
As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what was fulfilled. Before your order is complete, it is possible to see a slightly higher hold on your electronic bank statement. This is called a provisional hold for things such as substitutions and weighed items that may be different than your original order.
What If The Product I Want Is Not Available?
In the checkout process we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. However, if an item is out of stock, our substitution policy is to give you that same item in another size or brand, at the cost of the replacement item. If you would like to accept our substitution policy, just check the box provided.
Special Instructions
You can add special instruction to items in your shopping cart by simply clicking the 'Add Notes' link below the product. During the checkout process you will also be given the opportunity, in the comments section, to add any other special instructions or comments for this order. For example, you can specify that you would like "Green Bananas" or "Extra Lean Turkey". Also, if you want to allow for substitutions on all products by using the substitution drop down box.
What If I Cannot Find What I Am Looking For?
Our online store is always growing. If you cannot find an item but you would like it added to your order, simply type your request in the 'Notes' box in the check out process. If we have the product in stock, we will gladly add it to your order. This is also a great place to suggest items that you would like us to carry on the site and we will try our best to get it into our inventory.

Providing you with the freshest foods for your family is a primary goal. Your groceries will be meticulously selected and stored in the appropriate conditions until your groceries are picked up or delivered to you. Pick Up And Delivery Of Alcoholic Beverages
Product orders containing tobacco will not be available for delivery or pick up.
Our Customer's Privacy
Our customers' privacy is of the utmost importance to Foodtown. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information about individual members (such as name, address, email address) to third parties. During registration and checkout a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, phone number and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest and to get in touch with the user if we have trouble processing an order. We value our customers and we take seriously their privacy concerns.
Coupon Policy
We do not accept manufacturer's coupons for Online orders. If you use our Foodtown Digital Coupons, and add them to your card, those coupons will be redeemed automatically, in store and on your online order, when the required purchase is satisfied.
