Thomas' Family Markets is excited to announce our brand new ecommerce program that allows customers to buy all their favorite grocery items online in a safe and convenient way. Simply build your shopping list, submit your order and our personal shoppers will do all the work. All you have to do is stop by our store during your chosen pick up window and all your groceries will be ready to go!
You can pick up your order at our Dallas store located at Country Club Shopping Center in Dallas, PA. Proceed to the customer service desk upon arrival, or call the phone number located at our designated Foodtown On the Go parking spots, and our personal shoppers will retrieve your order for you.
Pick up is available for a fee of $2.00 and is free on orders over $100. Please refer to our pickup schedule below.

Our orders are processed via a secure Internet payment service, and we currently accept only debit and credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover) for online orders. Orders can also be payed for at the time of pick up.
Canceling An Order
In order not to be charged a service fee, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time. Orders canceled after the deadline will be charged a service fee.
From time to time, routine store price changes are made. We strive to keep these prices consistent with what you see online. Routine store price changes will be applied to your order and the receipt that you are issued at the time of delivery or pick up will reflect the actual in-store prices. Please keep in mind, our weekly specials run on a Friday to Thursday time frame. So, if you order on Thursday for a Monday delivery or pick up, you will receive the sale prices for Monday.
Random Weight Pricing Policy
For produce and meat items that are priced by the pound, we will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. Consequently, the total dollar amount of your order will vary slightly. This is addressed by our Provisional hold. We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $5 or 10% of the item total. It helps account for charges on items sold by weight, in addition to bottle deposits and final sales tax. As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what was ordered. Your bank will update the final charge on your statement in 3-7 business days. Be assured however, you will only be charged for the product you actually receive.
What If The Product I Want Is Not Available?
In the checkout process we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. However, if an item is out of stock our substitution policy is to give you that same item in another size or brand, at the cost of the replacement item. If you would like to accept our substitution policy, just check the box provided.
You can add special instruction to items in your shopping cart by simply click the 'Add Notes' link below the product. During the checkout process you will also be given the opportunity, in the comments section, to add any other special instructions or comments for this order. For example, you can specify that you would like "Green Bananas" or "Extra Lean Turkey". Also, if you want to allow for substitutions on all products except one or two items, you can note that as well.
What If I Cannot Find What I Am Looking For?
Our online store is always growing. If you cannot find an item but you would like it added to your order, simply type your request in the 'My Comments' box in the checkout/view cart screen. If we have the product in stock, we will gladly add it to your order. This is also a great place to suggest items that you would like us to carry on the site and we will try to get it into our inventory.
Providing you with the freshest foods for your family is a primary goal. Your groceries will be meticulously selected and stored in the appropriate conditions until your groceries are picked up or delivered to you.
