Anthony Bazzini came to America as a boy from a small town in Northern Italy. In his first ob at a nut-processing company, he quickly showed talent, vision and dedication to quality. That first job became the only job of his life: he eventually bought the company. The company has grown substantially since 1886 and nut-processing now includes confections, snack mixes, nut butters and brittles. In the most important ways, however, the company has remained the same. Bassini still enjoys the reputation for quality it earned over the years. We still do things the old fashioned way: carefully selecting the best grade nuts available from around the world and carefully roasting them in small batches. Anthony always believed that to make a superior quality product, ingredients can never be compromised. Now, a century later, our commitment to this principle is as strong as ever.
