Tastee Yukon Gold Potato Chips, Onion, Garlic & Parsley

Come on now!!! All that flavor. All that Crunch. And half the fat??? Who's kidding who? Wait, weight, let us explain!!! This ain't no regular Potato Chip..we're different!!! Specifically, we start with a Yukon Gold potato and then cull out the flunkies. In fact, Tastee is only looking for a few good Yukon Gold potatoes. No, really, Tastee does reject an unusually large percentage of potatoes based on quality. Then we use our unique, small-batch process of vacuum cooking to complete the deal. Huh!!! What's that? Well, instead of conventional frying at 400 degrees we cook in a vacuum at much lower temperatures. And for whatever reason, we only soak up half the fat and crisp up twice as well as the rest of them. Not only that, the quality of our oil is not diminished (broken down by the high heat). You know, those free radicals are kept in their place. Give us a try and tell us we're the greatest. (We sort of already know it.) Enjoy!!! 1/2 the fat of regular potato chips. All natural.
