What our Valued Customers need to know:
Join our team and help us serve our communities – If you are seeking permanent or temporary employment, we have immediate positions available. Click here to view our job board and apply. If you do not see your local store listed on our job board, please apply in person.
Refund/return policy – To ensure the health and safety of our customers and associates, we have temporarily suspended our refund, return and rain-check policies due to the current health emergency. All Sales Are Final*. *Please contact your store as some individual store policies may vary.
Store hours – May vary due to the high demand. Stores may need to close early and/or open later, in order to restock our shelves and to thoroughly clean and sanitize our stores.
Product availability – Our in stock conditions fluctuate by the hour, due to unprecedented customer demand and the stress on our overall supply chain. We are working diligently to stock our shelves as quickly as possible.
Online shopping – Due to extremely high demand, pick up and delivery times for Foodtown on the Go! and Foodtown via Instacart may be limited and some items may be out of stock. We are doing our best to stock our shelves as quickly as possible. We are trying, and will continue to try our best to deliver every item in the order.
