Entry: Each new user of the Foodtown Mobile App will be automatically entered for the week when he or she downloads the App, registers his or her Foodtown Club Card, and first uses the App. Each current user of the Foodtown Mobile App will be automatically entered for each week when he or she uses the App.
Entry Without Purchase. Individuals who do not have the Foodtown Mobile App or who do not wish to use the Foodtown Mobile App so as to be entered automatically can visit Customer Service at their local Foodtown store for an alternate means of entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The alternate means of entry will require that those entrants who are not current Club Card holders apply for a Club Card. Club Card membership is absolutely free in every respect, and is open to everyone who completes a customer enrollment form and whose form is processed.
Limit: One entry per household per week. A week is the seven-day period beginning on Friday and ending on the following Thursday.
None of Sponsor, Foodtown, Inc., the respective owners of the participating stores, or their respective employees, officers, directors, affiliates and agents assumes any responsibility or liability whatsoever for lost, misdirected, misplaced, damaged, illegible, incomplete, late or mutilated entries, or for any act or failure to act regarding the transmittal, delay, or processing of entries or Club Card applications, or for the operation of the Club Card program. To qualify for entry, a current, valid name and address associated with the customer’s Club Card must be on file with Sponsor.
Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, who are 18 years or older as of April 28, 2017. Employees, officers, managers and directors of Sponsor, Foodtown, Inc., the respective owners of the participating stores, and their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and sweepstakes suppliers, including the spouses, household members and dependents for federal tax purposes of all the above, are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is being offered at participating Foodtown, Freshtown and Big Deal Food Market stores in NY, NJ and PA. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Club Cards that are stolen, fraudulently obtained, tampered with or otherwise altered are not eligible for entry. If multiple names are associated with a card, the prize will be awarded to the primary cardholder. Only one winner per household.
Prize: (1) – $100 Foodtown Gift Cards to be awarded weekly for four weeks
One prize winner will be drawn for each week through the duration of the Giveaway. Each winner will receive a Foodtown Gift Card with a face amount and approximate retail value of $100. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes awarded will be $400.
Drawing: Weekly prize winners will be selected in random drawings on each Friday at approximately 3pm EST from all eligible entries. Selection of winners will be conducted by Birdzi, Inc. whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each week immediately prior to each drawing. Prizewinners will be notified by mail, telephone, and/or in person. If a prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, or if Sponsor is unable to notify any person of his or her selection for any other reason, that person’s prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate. All prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded in person at the participating store. Prizes will not be delivered to winner’s home or business.
Affidavits Of Eligibility/Rights To Publish: Each prize winner selected may be required to verify his/her identity and address, and execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (where permitted) within thirty (30) days of prize notification or attempted prize notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of the prize by winner constitutes permission for Sponsor, Foodtown, Inc. and the respective owners of the participating stores, and their agents, to use the winner’s name, photo, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes in television, radio, Internet and print advertisement without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited.
Liability: Sponsor, Foodtown, Inc., and the respective owners of the participating stores, as well as their employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, assume no responsibility or liability for, and winner will be required to agree to release, indemnify and hold said parties harmless from and against, any damages, injuries, causes of action or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from or in connection with the winner’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize mentioned herein, and against any and all liabilities arising in whole or in part out of participation in this sweepstakes. Any and all applicable tax liability on, or attributable to, each prize will be the sole responsibility of its winner. An IRS Form 1099 will be filed, if required, for each prize awarded.
Winners List: For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed business size envelope to Big Game Winners List, Allegiance Retail Services, LLC, 485D Route 1 South, Suite 420, Iselin, NJ 08830. Winners List requests must be received by June 16, 2017. Requests not fulfilling these criteria will not be acknowledged or honored. Allow 6 weeks for fulfillment of request.
