Unleash your inner chef, whipping up a variety of bites, platters and boards that delight.

From cranberry and brie crostini’s to tangy meatball skewers, let your appetizers be the stars of your show.

Have a mix of indulgent foods such as puff pastry tarts, stuffed mushrooms and baked cheese dips with healthier options such as shrimp cocktail or cheese and fruit so that everyone can partake in the festivity of the holiday.

With a mix of sweet, savory, and downright irresistible, your holiday appetizers will have everyone singing your praises. Cheers to a season of bites and delights!

Entertaining Tip: Prep Ahead: Choose appetizers that can be prepared in advance, allowing you to spend more time enjoying the festivities. Items like dips, stuffed pastry bites, or marinated skewers can be made a day ahead, leaving you stress-free on the day of the event.

Spicy Shrimp Cocktail

Spicy Shrimp Cocktail

Prep: 20 minutes

Makes: 8 ½ cup servings

Ingredients:

  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt & Black pepper
  • 1 pound Greenway Shrimp, peeled, cooked and chopped
  • 1 Hass avocado, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine onion, lime juice, olive oil, and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, toss to coat.
  2. Gently stir in avocado, jalapeno, tomatoes and cilantro. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  3. Spoon shrimp cocktail into single serve cups or prepare as a salad and allow guests to serve themselves. Enjoy chilled.
