Easy Grilled Pork Loin Skewers

Makes: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs center cut pork loin
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• ½ teaspoon thyme
• ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• Black pepper
• 2 red onions, cut into wedges
Directions:
1. Cut pork into 1-inch pieces.
2. In a large bowl combine vinegar through black pepper. Add cubed pork.
3. Toss well to coat, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
4. If using wooden skewers, soak for 30 minutes before adding meat.
5. Thread pork and red onion onto skewers. Lightly brush with olive oil.
6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
7. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through until fully cooked.
