May is Blood pressure awareness month and a good time to talk about a healthy lifestyle.

While we cannot control our race, age or gender, we can take steps to controlling our lifestyle factors such as the foods we eat, physical activity and limiting alcohol and quitting smoking.

In this cooking class we will prepare two Heart Healthy Dishes that are full of flavor and fun for the who family. Yes, you can prepare heart healthy dishes without sacrificing flavor!
