Est. Brooklyn 2008. Our Story: We began in the spring of 2008 out of a scoop truck in Brooklyn, New York. Our ice cream is made in small batches with fresh milk and cream, pure cane sugar and organic egg yolks. We obsessively source the best ingredients in the world to create each flavor. Enjoy! - Ben, Pete & Laura. Honeycomb: Surprisingly made using no honey at all, honeycomb is a crunchy, chewy, caramel candy. We make ours in-house, break it into chunks and fold it into our sweet cream base. The honeycomb remains crispy on the inside, chewy on the outside and bleeds micro ribbons of caramel throughout the ice cream. An Australian classic and new American favorite.
