Entry Online: Enter online at Foodtown.com/BigGameGiveaway during the period from 4:00 p.m. January 7th, 2021 through 11:59 p.m. on January 28th, 2021. Online entry into the Allegiance Retail Services BIG GAME GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY sweepstakes is free. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Alternate Means of Entry: Any individual who cannot or who does not wish to enter the Allegiance Retail Services BIG GAME GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY online may enter by mailing a post card to “Allegiance Retail Services BIG GAME GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY” at Sponsor’s address, as shown below, which includes the entrant’s name, address, and telephone number. Entry into the Allegiance Retail Services BIG GAME GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY by alternate means of entry is free. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entry by alternate means of entry has no effect on the odds of winning and does not increase or decrease the odds of winning relative to online entry.

None of Sponsor, Foodtown, Inc., the respective entity owners of the stores at which gift cards awarded as prizes can be redeemed, or their respective employees, officers, directors, affiliates and agents assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for lost, misdirected, misplaced, damaged, illegible, incomplete, late or mutilated entries, or for any act or failure to act regarding the transmittal, delay, or processing of entries.
Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, who are 18 years or older as of January 7, 2021. Employees, officers, managers and directors of Sponsor, Foodtown, Inc., the respective owners of the stores at which gift cards awarded as prizes can be redeemed, and their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and sweepstakes suppliers, including the spouses, household members and dependents for federal tax purposes of all the above, are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Only one winner per household
Prizes: One grand prize winner will be awarded a single gift card with a face amount and redemption value of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), which can be redeemed for retail merchandise purchases only at the store or any of those stores which operate under the single banner chosen by the winner from among the following: Foodtown, Freshtown, LaBella Marketplace, Freshco, Brooklyn Harvest, Green Way Markets, Shop N Bag (in Farmingdale, NJ only) or Market Fresh.
Five first prize winners will each be awarded a single gift card with a face amount and redemption value of One Hundred Dollars ($100), which can be redeemed for retail merchandise purchases only at the store or any of those stores which operate under the single banner chosen by the winner from among the following: Foodtown, Freshtown, LaBella Marketplace, Freshco, Brooklyn Harvest, Green Way Markets, Shop N Bag (in Farmingdale, NJ only) or Market Fresh.
Approximate retail value of all prizes – $1,500. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and no prize substitutions will be allowed.
Drawing: Grand prize and first prize winners will be selected in random drawings on January 29, 2021 at approximately 3pm EST from all eligible entries. Selection of winners will be conducted by Allegiance Retail Services, LLC the decisions of which are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries. Grand prize winner will be notified by mail, email, telephone, and/or in person. If a prize notification letter or communication is returned as undeliverable or rejected, or if Sponsor is unable to notify any person of his or her selection for any other reason, that person’s prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate. All prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded in person at a store at which gift cards awarded as prizes can be redeemed of the winner’s choice. Prizes will not be delivered to winner’s home or business.
Affidavits Of Eligibility/Rights To Publish: Each prize winner selected may be required to verify his/her identity and address, and execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (where permitted) within fourteen (14) days of prize notification or attempted prize notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of the prize by winner constitutes permission for Sponsor, Foodtown, Inc. and their agents to use the winner’s name, photo, voice, biographical information, and likeness for promotional purposes in television, radio, Internet and print advertisement without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited.
Liability: Sponsor, Foodtown, Inc., and the respective owners of the stores at which gift cards awarded as prizes can be redeemed, as well as their employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, assume no responsibility or liability for, and winner will be required to agree to release, indemnify and hold said parties harmless from and against, any damages, injuries, causes of action or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from or in connection with the winner’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize mentioned herein, and against any and all liabilities arising in whole or in part out of participation in this sweepstakes. Any applicable tax liability on or attributable to, each prize will be the sole responsibility of its winner. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued, if required, for each prize awarded.
Winners List: For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed business size envelope to Big Game Gift Card Giveaway Winners List, Allegiance Retail Services, LLC, 485D Route 1 South, Suite 420, Iselin, NJ 08830. Winners List requests must be received by March 31, 2021. Requests not fulfilling these criteria will not be acknowledged. Allow 6 weeks for fulfillment of request.
