No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. No preservatives. In 1989 we vegan out search for the perfect veggie burger. We tried recipe after recipe, and finally, four years layer, came up with an absolutely delicious meatless burger made with organic vegetables. It's satisfying to eat, firm enough to grill, yet light and easy to digest, contains no dairy, egg or soy.
