Peppermint gelato. Brownies pieces cookie swirl. Milk from family farms. Our dense, perfectly nuanced mint gelato twisted with chunks of brownie cookies and a fudgy cookie swirl. Josh and Bruno searched and sought, but they could not find the perfect gelato. Knowing that gelato should be magnificent, they studied the secrets of the true Italian masters and crafted new flavors that combined Old World techniques with their own creativity.
